Achieving top production requires efficient equipment management, and Lorasoft offers precisely that. An equipment management tool that will report on the machine's performance, assist in problem solving and schedule maintenance. Lorasoft consists of four modules: |
| • | Trouble Shooting: detects alarms and suggests possible solutions on a graphic interface. Stops are recorded to build up a statistical database. |
| • | Production: used to input the machine production parameters and record any scrap moulds or cores. Displays actual and remaining production and keeps a database as a statistical reference. |
| • | Maintenance: automatically alerts of those parts needing maintenance and reports on the checks done. |
| • | Work Shifts: keeps track of the work shifts, relating them to the database generated in the other three modules. |
